Rodavia connects you with local suppliers in Dubai; payment happens in two stages. You pay a booking advance online when you confirm the reservation, then settle the balance directly with the supplier at their counter according to the voucher terms.
Advance Payment Online
The booking advance is a portion of the total amount, paid by card through our secure gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard. This confirms your reservation and holds the vehicle. The voucher emailed after booking shows the advance paid and the balance due at pick-up.
Balance at Pick-Up
The remaining amount is settled when you collect the keys. Payment methods at the counter vary by supplier: most accept credit cards, some take debit cards, a few handle cash. The voucher states which methods your chosen supplier allows. If you need a specific option - debit card or cash, for example - check the voucher before arrival or ask us during booking.
