Service Description

Rodavia operates as an information platform connecting travellers with independent rental companies in Dubai and the UAE. We display available vehicles, facilitate booking requests, and transmit your details to the supplier you select.

The rental agreement forms directly between you and the rental company. Your voucher specifies pickup location, vehicle category, insurance options, mileage allowance, fuel policy, and contact details of the supplier. That company handles vehicle handover, road assistance, and any on-site matters.

Booking Process and Payment

When you complete a reservation, you may pay a booking advance to secure the vehicle. The balance and any additional charges-covering supplementary equipment, extra drivers, or fees determined at the counter-are settled with the rental company according to the terms in your voucher.

Confirmation emails contain supplier information and pickup instructions. Print or save your voucher; the rental desk will request it alongside your driving licence and payment card.

Liability and Responsibility

Rodavia provides search and booking technology but does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or control supplier operations. We are not liable for vehicle condition, service quality, road incidents, or disputes arising during your rental period.

The rental company assumes all obligations under the hire agreement, including insurance coverage, roadside support, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations. Direct any claims or complaints to that supplier first.

Changes to Reservations

Modification and cancellation policies vary by supplier and are detailed in your voucher. Contact the rental company or reach us at [email protected] if you need to adjust dates or vehicle type. Refund eligibility depends on the supplier's stated terms and how far in advance you notify them.

All content on this website-text, images, layout, and software-is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal booking purposes. Commercial reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
